Forgotten your Access Key

Your confirmation email includes a personal access key, providing private access to your reservation at anytime with a link to this page. Accommodation at the Best Western Richmond Hotel must be booked through this website by October 26, 2008, in order to guarantee the special conference guestroom rate of $115 plus taxes. Online conference registration closes November 13, 2008 at 4 pm.

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), cheque or money order. To maintain your reservation, cheques or money orders must be received within 15 business days of your registration date. After November 3, online payment must be made by credit card only.

If your payment is not received within the specified timeframe, your reservation and workshop selections will be cancelled and a $15.00 administration fee will be charged. Once cancelled, you will need to re-register to once again reserve your workshop selections.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made by written request to BCNPHA. If received by October 17, 2008, we will issue a full refund on monies paid, less a $50 processing fee.

For cancellations received after October 17 and until November 3, a refund of 50% will be given. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER NOVEMBER 3, 2008. Cancellations made after November 3, 2008 for unpaid registrants will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to send a colleague in your place. Note: If you are sending another person in your place, you must first cancel your registration, and then re-register the new person. This ensures that workshop reservations and nametags appear in your colleague's name. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for refund cheques to be processed.
