Once you have completed your online purchase you will be provided with a confirmation page. Please print this page as it contains your file number and will act as your receipt.

Airport Pick-up:

If you have selected the airport pick-up option, your tickets will be sent directly to your departure city airport. Please make sure to pick up your tickets at the appropriate Tour Operator or Airline desk at least 2 hours prior to your schedule departure time. It is important to pick-up your tickets at the proper time to allow for sufficient time for ticket pick-up.

*Note: If your departure is within 14 days of the booking date, the only option available is airport pick-up.

Office Pick-up:

If you live in the Ottawa or Vancouver area you may choose to pick-up your documents at our office. Once your tickets have arrived at our office we will contact you to inform you that your tickets are available for pick-up.

Mail:

You can choose to have your travel documents mailed to you via regular mail or express mail. The Tour Operators will first send your travel documents to our office, which we will then forward to you immediately.
