The terms and conditions on the Independent Operators' web pages may vary from the terms and conditions of this Web Site. The Last Minute Club is not responsible for any action/inaction, breach of contract or any intentional or negligent action on the part of such Independent Operators relating to your booking with such Independent Operators and which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions.

Pricing

All prices within this website are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Airport fees, where applicable, are not included in the pricing. All prices on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes in pricing that may occur before, during or after a purchase, as a result of a tour operator change, are not the responsibility of W.E. Travel. Once a booking is complete, pricing cannot be adjusted.

Also note that all reservations and prices listed on our website are subject to availability and confirmation and such confirmation will not be made until you have completed your on-line booking. Should the actual tour operator selling price differ from the price listed on our website, the latter shall prevail. We will notify you by e-mail within hours of making the purchase. If you receive such notification, the sale will be automatically terminated unless you reply by e-mail with confirmation of your intention to make the purchase at the actual price.

Payment

Payment for online bookings is required in full at the time of purchase. Online purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards. Airfare and vacation package purchases are 100% non-refundable. Third party credit cards bookings will only be processed after receiving written confirmation from the card holder. All fraudulent purchases will be investigated and prosecuted.

Confirmation

After a purchase is made, the customer will receive an email confirming their purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the information on the confirmation email is in accordance with the travel product that they have purchased. If there is a discrepancy between the information on the email and that of what the customer booked, the customer must contact our office within 24 hours from the time of booking.

Cancellation

Airfare and vacation package purchases are 100% non-refundable. All purchases may be changeable for a fee that is determined by the tour operator that you have made your reservation with.

Errors or Omissions

W.E. Travel makes every effort to ensure that the content on our website is complete and current. However, W.E. Travel does not guarantee that the information contained on our website will not contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to price, product, service description or availability. W.E. Travel reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, omission, or to change or update the content without prior notice to you. Further, W.E. Travel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders and reservations containing any error, inaccuracy or omission. This will also be applied if the order or reservation has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order or reservation is cancelled, W.E. Travel shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card.

All travel packages, airfares and hotels displayed on this website are supplied to W.E. Travel by various third party suppliers (tour operators) and in turn are subject to their own Terms & Conditions. W.E. Travel is merely a seller for the third party suppliers and is in no way responsible for incidents brought upon or caused by any of the third party suppliers.

When the customer purchases travel services through W.E. Travel they must refer to the appropriate third party suppliers Terms & Conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to refer to the appropriate third party supplier for the Terms & Conditions that are specific to their travel services.

Required Documentation

Due to heightened security around the world, we highly recommend that you possess a valid Canadian passport when travelling outside of Canada . As each country varies in its entry requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate documentation (including visas) to enter the country you're visiting. When in doubt, contact the embassy or consulate of the country you plan to visit.

You are also responsible for ensuring that each traveler’s information is accurate and all trip information is correct. Any changes after booking may result in an additional service fee and if a correction isn't possible you may be denied boarding.
