Airlines have now made the decision to offer ticketless travel to their passengers. Please note this is not paperless travel, but you will no longer require a traditional airline ticket. An airline itinerary/receipt will be delivered, faxed or e-mailed to you, usually by the time it takes you to walk to the fax machine.
You'll need personal identification and your itinerary/receipt, (for check-in and security), but there will be no more worries about last minute ticket deliveries, pre-paid airline fees or hassles returning your tickets for refunds, upgrades or simple changes.

Once you've made a reservation with us, just give us instructions on where you'd like your documents delivered and we'll have them there, free of charge. The only time a fee is charged by the airline is for an administration cost, occurring as tickets are being issued at the airport. However, this fee will be eliminated in a month or so when ticketless travel is introduced. You will receive a fax or e-mail and that is your itinerary/receipt. Take that document with personal identification to the airport and away you go.

Because of our experience and extensive, continuing relationships with hotels, conference centres, catering, car rental and other convention suppliers, we're able to arrange your complete schedule, from A to Z... first, fast and right.
Our objective, is to assist your personnel with as much convention/group organization as they require. Once they gather your needs and determine the size of your group, we'll sit down with you and assist in any or all facets of the convention/meeting you require.
From site selection to your final report, our one call, convention group services, provides simplicity and convenience to your staff, delegates and members when attending your convention/meeting. Imagine one phone number for all their travel convention/meeting requirements and a custom, detailed report for you.
