Delegates can reserve hotel accommodations in real time and receive instant confirmations of their reservations and a link to this page. On completion, you will be issued an Access Key. The Access Key provides private access to your booking at any time so you may add details, make changes or produce your own confirmation record.

Our secure on-line booking requires a credit card number to process the reservation. If you wish to pay by cheque, please click on Hotel Instructions below, download the Accommodation Request Form and submit it to WE Travel Ottawa.

Affiliate Group coordinators can reserve sub blocks for their Unions and have a dedicated on-line booking web site specifically for their use or the use of your Union delegates, your choice.  As a coordinator you have access to all your delegate's reservations as well as a series of custom reports designed to your specifications.

Coordinators can also reserve meeting room space, food and beverage or other hotel related requirements by contacting a WE Travel Conference Team member.

Group coordinators can apply below for a Management Login Access Key which provides access at any time to view or change group details, as well as print, email or view numerous custom reports and individual confirmation letters without working around time-zones. The data is fed back to the central database in real time.

Registration begins on Wednesday May 26th at 2:00pm. The convention starts at 6:00pm.
